We are growing and are in need of an Intake Clerk who is fluent in Spanish and English. Previous experience working in a law firm is a plus, but not required. The position involves but is not limited to, communicating with potential clients, data gathering, assisting with closings and payments and performing various clerical tasks. You must be accurate and reliable and have strong customer service skills.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Ability to fluently speak Spanish and translate
- Flexibility to jump into various tasks and duties
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent work ethic
- Experience in sales is preferred but not required

Pay is hourly based on experience and qualifications.
