POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinates the successful implementation of the grant supported MRSS model with the provision of mobile crisis services and home-based stabilization services for children and families at Porter-Starke Services (PSS), ensuring the requirements of the grant and MRSS model are fulfilled. Engages with home- and community-based service providers in the community to coordinate connection to appropriate supports for youth and families. Provides MRSS services including direct care coordination and weekly in person visits with families. Completes specific documentation needed (Plan of Care, FIGT, etc.) Tracks data and reports on processes and outcomes; uses data to inform process and outcome improvement.

JOB DUTIES:
- Provides day to day direction and supervision to MRSS staff.
- Provides MRSS services including direct care coordination and weekly in person visits with families.
- Completes specific documentation needed (Plan of Care, FIGT, etc.)
- Provides training and direct staff utilization of child/family specific assessment tools.
- Ensures crisis and safety plans are reviewed and updated.
- Ensures written plans of care are developed and implemented.
- Arranges trainings for staff as needed.
- Updates workflows/protocols to align with MRSS model.
- Develops relationships with community partners providing stabilization services for youth and families.
- Conducts weekly group supervision as needed with MRSS staff focusing on effective client engagement, service delivery, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
- Provides individual supervision as needed to improve MRSS skills.
- Assists Director in hiring, monitoring progress and evaluating staff.
- Promotes staff utilization of evidence-based practices and provide ongoing insturciton and coaching in how to do so effectively.
- Accessible to staff, assisting them in working with challenging clients and situations.
- Participates in weekly staffing with psychiatrists.
- Models openness to creating, innovating, and effective ways to work with our clients.
- Communicates well, be responsive and engage positively with other clinical divisions in the organization and with our community partners.
- Provides direct care/mobile response as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is required.
- Master's Degree is preferred.
- Previous relatied experience or working in mental health or related discipline required.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience with various populations including children and families is required.
- MRSS training including supervisor training is required and will be provided upon hire.
- Experience supervising staff preferred.
- Valid Indiana Driver's license, auto insurance required.
- Sucessful completion of a background check required.
- Sucessful completion of CPI/Advanced CPI, CPR required.
