Description
Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced DUAL-SITE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for two of our apartment communities, Patriot Square in Phoenix, AZ and Element at Tempe North in Tempe, AZ!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- a minimum of 3-5 years general maintenance experience
- EPA certification and be willing to take calls after hours
- A strong background in leading a maintenance team and overseeing the overall maintenance of the community
- A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
- The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community
