The Opportunity
Portland Tractor Inc. is looking for a Parts Warehouse Person to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. As the Parts Warehouse Person, you will be responsible for accurately processing all incoming goods and outgoing orders in a timely manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Parts Warehouse Person your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of sales orders
- Coordinate and arrange shipments, including following up with couriers to ensure prompt pickup and delivery
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks as required
- Inspect incoming inventory, document any damage in transit, and follow up as needed with couriers
- Process receipt of goods and inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system
- Shelve and bin inventory in appropriate locations
- Conduct regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare stock adjustments as required
- Order and maintain warehouse, and packaging supplies
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- High school diploma, or equivalency, is required
- Forklift certification is an asset
- Previous work experience in a warehouse environment, or working with parts, is preferred
- Valid driver's license is required
- Basic computer skills, including using Outlook and ERP systems

The base pay range for this role is: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
