Job Summary
We’re looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Catering Department as Catering Services Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, ensuring every catering order is fulfilled with care, accuracy, and exceptional service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an energetic environment and takes pride in quality and consistency with every order.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain professional, courteous, and efficient communication with guests, drivers, vendors, and fellow team members to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations.
- Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Ensure all items meet Porto’s quality and food safety standards
- Assemble and package large orders with attention to presentation and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pickup area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in catering, or guest service (preferred)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Food Handler Certification (company provided and completed as part of onboarding)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and a collaborative team member
- Comfortable using technology such as POS systems, ordering platforms, and third-party delivery apps to manage and fulfill orders accurately.
