Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct nursing care for pre and post-surgical patients including, total joint replacements, bariatric, orthopedic, general, and more. This is a fast paced and team oriented environment where you can hone your nursing skills and take the next step toward critical care in a Level 2 Trauma facility.
- As a member of this team, you will administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
- Our nursing team monitors, records and communicates patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
- Recognizing and responding to changes in a patient’s condition including post op bleeding, pain issues, post anesthesia complications, will be one of your primary functions in the role.
- Our team coordinates patient discharge planning with care providers, patient family and physicians
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or valid compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
