- Manage your own client appointments and deliver exceptional hair, skincare, or grooming services using professional techniques such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to strict sanitation standards and industry best practices.
- Utilize salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, process payments, and manage client records efficiently.
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, providing personalized consultations on color theory, hair styling, and retail product recommendations.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in hair threading, straight razor shaving, and other beauty treatments to offer innovative services.
- Collaborate with salon management on store operations, including inventory management and retail sales strategies.
- Proven experience in cosmetology or barbering with relevant certifications; expertise in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management.
- Demonstrated skills in hair styling, coloring (color theory), makeup application, and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor new team members and provide outstanding customer service.
- Ability to perform retail math calculations for upselling products effectively.
- Experience in store management or front desk duties is a plus but not required.
