Founding Social Media Manager (Pro Bono / Volunteer)

POSH Parenthood Coaching & Consulting supports parents from pregnancy through early childhood with grounded, research-informed, and deeply human guidance.

Founded by Dr. Shanelle Bolton, an early childhood expert and parent coach, POSH Parenthood is built on a simple but powerful belief: parents don’t need more advice—they need clarity, rhythm, and support that fits real life.

We offer premium coaching experiences (including Newborn Nest, Infant Foundations, and Raising in Rhythm) that help parents regulate, decide with confidence, and build sustainable family rhythms—without overwhelm or shame.

POSH Parenthood is in an exciting growth phase and is refining its brand, programs, and visibility. We’re seeking a Founding Social Media Manager to help shape and support this next chapter.

This is a pro bono / volunteer role designed for someone who wants:

• Hands-on experience growing a mission-driven brand
• A strong, real-world portfolio example
• Clear expectations, structure, and mentorship
• Exposure to thought leadership, premium programming, and audience growth

The Founding Social Media Manager will play a meaningful role in how POSH Parenthood shows up online during this pivotal stage.

As the business grows, this role may evolve into a paid role or ongoing contract, depending on mutual interest and business needs.

You will support POSH Parenthood’s organic social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, with an emphasis on consistency, clarity, and audience growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Posting and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Repurposing existing content across platforms
• Supporting organic follower growth through consistent posting and engagement
• Formatting captions and selecting relevant hashtags
• Maintaining brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
• Monitoring comments and flagging engagement opportunities
• Helping organize content workflows and posting calendars

Content direction, themes, and brand voice will be provided—you will not be starting from scratch.

• Create content ideas without guidance
• Be on camera
• Respond to DMs as a coach or provide parenting advice
• Work nights or weekends
• Manage paid advertisements

This role is intentionally structured and sustainable.
