What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Positive Behavior Health Developments Inc?
Positive Behavior Health Developments is currently hiring for a part-time BCBA to supervise BCaBAs. (MUST BE A BOARD-CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST)
The compensation is $100 an hour and we are seeking an individual who will be supervising and training the BCaBAs as well as creating and maintaining the behavior assessments and treatment plans.
DAY-TO-DAY
This part-time behavioral health position typically works a flexible schedule.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive the top-quality care they deserve. You are responsible for training and supervising our board certified assistant behavior analysts to help them become top professionals within their field.
- Complete and/or update functional assessments and behavior plans in a timely matter.
- Develop ABA programming based on assessment results
- Adhere to weekly billing requirements as set by the Senior Director of Behavior Services.
- Supervise and train the BCaBAs in their implementation of the behavioral plan that will be written and altered by the BCBA
