Role Description
This role is flexible, full or part-time, and located in Gainesville, FL. The Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCaBA) will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, and implementing behavioral strategies. Day-to-day tasks include providing direct behavior analysis services, supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with parents and caregivers for education and support. The Behavior Analyst will also monitor progress, make data-driven decisions, and adjust intervention plans as necessary.
