Positive Impact Dental Alliance is looking for a Practice Coach (Regional Manager) who is a motivated team player who brings an attitude of resilience, support, and adaptability, and collaborates closely with the executive team. This Practice coach would be in the AREA NAME area.
Job-Specific Expectations:
- Lead and manage 5-9 dental practices, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Drive practice performance and success through effective operational strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to practice managers, providers, and staff.
- Monitor and analyze P&L and financial reports to identify areas of improvement.
- Implement and ensure adherence to standard processes and protocols.
- Support new practice integration and onboarding processes.
- Monitor and manage practice performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the executive team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in multi-site dental management.
- Strong understanding of P&L and financial reports.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas of improvement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, handling multiple projects and tasks concurrently and timely.
- Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates a high degree of integrity.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in difficult and stressful situations.
