DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience with an emphasis on cost accounting
• Extensive knowledge of computers and various software programs, particularly competent with Excel
• Experience in agriculture/farming is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft BI and AI is a plus

YOUR ROLE AS A COST ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Schedule: 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday

You will spend your days providing crucial support to the VP of Finance and the Operations Variety team. Your expertise in accounting allows you to develop and analyze profit and loss statements for the Variety Division's contracts, ventures, and mini plant operations. By working closely with growers, packers, and managers, you ensure accurate revenue and expense tracking while providing cost analysis and control reporting to identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for all accounting functions related to the Potandon Mini Plant, contracts, and joint ventures in the Variety Division, helping to guide the team to continued success.
