Potomac Electric Corp. (www.potomacelectric.com) designs and manufactures state of the art electric motors, electronics, and test equipment. We have an immediate openings for technicians in manufacturing area.
Qualifications:
2 years most recent hands on work with assembly and test of electro mechanical components
Ability to assemble precision small parts
Soldering experience
Good Mechanical aptitude
Attention to detail and diligence is important
Ability to work independently
Vocational school or AS degree is a big plus
We are looking for candidates who enjoy and are good at hands on work and are curious to learn and to grow
Responsibilities
You will learn many different processes we use that are related to electronics, mechanical and microelectronics.
Assemble and test electric motors, control panels learn to work with wirebonders and robots
Take part in day to day planning tasks of production
Take ownership of your projects
