Associate Attorney at Boutique Commercial/Civil Litigation Law Firm - Hybrid-Remote/In-Office
We are a boutique civil litigation law firm focusing on commercial disputes and personal injury who are committed to providing personalized and exceptional legal services to our clients and are currently seeking a skilled and motivated to join our close-knit team.
This opportunity is for a HYBRID remote/in-office role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with the managing attorneys and staff to support our clients in commercial and civil litigation cases. Your responsibilities will include, among other things, legal research, legal drafting, assisting with case management and strategy, attending court hearings, depositions, and other case events, and assisting in legal discovery. Experience with commercial litigation and familiarity with billing procedures is a bonus.
The candidate must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
