Responsibilities :
- By understanding the recruiting needs of the organization, find talent and make recommendations for hire.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, executives, and existing employees as well as a potential candidate network while always providing excellent customer service.
- Find and hire employees with company values who meet or exceed the criteria of the role.
- Create and maintain search engine optimized job descriptions and job library in Taleo.
- Participate in department projects and process improvement efforts to increase efficiencies and success.
