In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in improving the technology experience for employees in their day-to-day roles. position details/responsibilities… Process SPARK submission requests. The SPARK Innovation Program is designed to discover and implement innovative ideas submitted by employees that can transform our business and increase efficiency. Assist in product releases. Identify trends in support services and make recommendations for improvement. Review knowledge base articles for accuracy and relevancy. Other duties as assigned. here’s what we’re looking for… 2-3 years of relevant experience is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; ideally in computer science or another related discipline. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Data Visualization and/or Power platform experience is a plus. Ability to provide consistent, world class level of service. Extremely organized and highly motivated with strong tech savvy skills and the ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities. Proactive mindset focused on continuous growth.
