POWER Engineers seeks an energetic and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. If you have the desire to take your career to a new level with a company that is continually growing and consistently ranked at the top of our industry, then we want to talk to you. Flexibility is available for a hybrid work environment or remote for the right candidate. Ideally, we would like the candidate to be near our Boise, ID, Minneapolis, MN, Madison, WI, or Overland Park, KS offices.
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the continual growth and success of your team. You and your team will be asked to help design new modern manufacturing facilities, as well as providing design of industrial equipment supports, steel pipe rack design, and access platforms for clients in the renewable energy, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. We aim to exceed our client’s expectations while providing a positive experience for our employees and communities.
Here are a few things you can expect :
- A major component of our design process relies on Building Information Modeling (BIM), particularly the use of Autodesk Revit Structural as one of the integrated collaboration tools used in communicating 3-D design to our project teams, owners, and construction professionals.
- There is a lot of latitude for decision-making; we’re not interested in micromanaging.
- We expect everyone on the team to assume ownership of the project's goals and success.
