What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at Power Monitors, Inc.?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Directs and coordinates activities concerned with production of company products, utilizing knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment and production employees.
- Production Planning and Scheduling. Creating work orders for production
- Planning and directing production activities to establish production priorities for products in keeping with effective operation and cost factors
- Overseeing all products ordered by customers
- Inventory Control
- Assemble products
Education: 2 – 4 technical degree preferred
Experience: At least four (4) years experience in production and at least one (1) year in a supervisory role
