PowerBuilt is a national leader of custom material handling solutions with an emphasis on lift assist, conveyors and pre-engineered equipment.
PowerBuilt is based out of Bellefontaine, Ohio with sales offices in Nashville, Charlotte and Dallas. PowerBuilt’s clients include many of the largest automotive, appliance and heavy truck / bus manufacturers in North America.
Responsibilities :
- Assembly of custom engineered tools based on assembly drawings, schematics, and diagrams provided by the engineering department
- Installation of custom engineered tools onsite at customer’s location
- Installation of pre-engineered products at customer’s location
- Leading installation teams of technicians
- Acting as point of contact during installations at customer locations
- Coordinating with the Field Services Manager and Engineering-Purchasing Manager to ensure projects are being assembled / installed on time and under budget
- Maintain a clean work area / appearance in house and onsite for assemblies / installs
- Communicating any issues / delays immediately and accurately to appropriate person
Requirements :
- Mechanical knowledge : 3 years (Required)
- US work authorization (Required)
- 2-4 year degree in engineering or equivalent (Preferred)
- Programmable logic controllers : 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to travel 50-60%
