What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Cleaning Technician position at Powerhouse Window Cleaning?
Window Cleaning Technician – Join a Team That Values Hard Work and Pride in Craftsmanship
Do you take pride in a job well done—the kind where you can step back and admire your work? Do you want to be part of a growing company that truly values its people?
We’re not looking for someone just chasing a paycheck. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of something. Powerhouse Window Cleaning is more than just windows—we’re a tight-knit crew that supports one another, takes pride in our work, and values growth, both personal and professional.
We provide professional residential and commercial window cleaning (no high-rise), pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, and holiday lighting services. We focus on quality—using the right tools, proven techniques, and delivering a friendly, polished customer experience.
What the Job Really Looks Like
You’ll work outside. In the heat. In the wind. In the cold. And on those perfect sunny days too.
Some days you'll leave early. Others will run long and be physically demanding. Some jobs will be smooth and satisfying, and others will test your patience. But no matter what, we show up, do great work, and support each other along the way.
Often, our customers thank us with big smiles and generous tips. Sometimes, we’re behind schedule and figuring things out on the fly. That’s the reality—and we want people who thrive in it.
