Compensation: $45,000–$65,000 Base (DOE) Uncapped Commission
Overview:
PowerMax Converters is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with automotive industry experience to grow dealer, fleet, installer, and OEM relationships nationwide. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel and strong relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and close new automotive and mobile power accounts
- Grow existing dealer and distributor relationships
- Conduct in-person sales calls, demos, and product presentations
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and customer data in CRM
- Attend trade shows and regional industry events
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams
Requirements:
- 5 years B2B sales experience
- Automotive industry experience required
- Willing to travel extensively
- Highly motivated, organized, and self-directed
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Electrical, battery, charging, generator, or equipment sales background
- Existing automotive dealer, fleet, or installer relationships
