Team Overview

Our Finance team is a passionate, high-performing group committed to supporting PowerSchool operations through accurate and timely financial transaction management. The team provides critical business guidance on a broad range of accounting, reporting, and analytical projects, ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Responsibilities

Description

The Key Responsibilities out of Team Goals include: 

• Ensure accurate reporting to avoid compliance issues and maintain stakeholder trust. 

• Establish processes to smoothly incorporate ARR metrics from acquisitions. 

• Implement a quarterly ARR lock process to secure auditor confidence. 

• Drive continuous improvements in ARR operations to adapt to changing business environments. 

• Provide actionable intelligence to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. 
  • 14 years of experience in data management, analytics, or a similar role. 
  • Proven track record of managing data integrity and leading strategic initiatives. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to senior leadership. 
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Domo, and Tableau. 
  • Experience in subscription business models and managing subscription metrics, including ARR.
