Marketing Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled, creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves crafting compelling visual content for email campaigns, web banners, and social media platforms across multiple clients. Additionally, you will analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies and maximize client ROI.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day marketing operations of the customers/accounts under their purview. Project management acumen and acting as a consummate professional in timely, accurate, and effective communication across the organization and with customers is essential for this position.
Responsibilities
Campaign Design:
- Design visually appealing creative assets including web banners, email, social media, and PDFs ensuring they align with the brand guidelines for individual clients and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Write compelling copy that resonates with our clients’ target audiences and compliments the visual design of promotions.
- Serve as a point of contact for design-related discussions with internal sales team with some client facing conversations.
Campaign Execution:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction.
Other:
- Maintain and manage Powertex Social Media and marketing vehicles including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and internal newsletters
- Assist with presentation building for sales prospecting
General:

- Adheres to all requirements as outlined in the Employee handbook
- Attends any internal or external meets as assigned
- Uses Monday project management system and other communication tools as outlined in our ‘Communications and File Storage’ Documentation
- Responsive in both internal and external communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience (2 years) as a Marketing Specialist or similar role with a focus on digital design and analytics.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of marketing best practices, including copy, call to action, and user experience flows
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas and information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong Project management and organizational experience
- Familiarity in reporting tools and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Adroll)
- Experience with Social Media best practices (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
- Willing and able to support change initiatives for desired company level results
- Carries a strong “Can Do” attitude
- Bonus:
- Experience with Wordpress, Visual Studio, Klaviyo, SurveyMonkey
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Nop Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
