Our Mission: PPL Therapeutic Services is dedicated to providing on-site and in-person exceptional behavioral health services to residents in nursing homes & assisted living facilities.
PPL Therapeutic Services is looking for compassionate mental health professionals. Offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus after six months if the criteria of 32 billable hours per week is met.
We are looking for Licensed Psychologist with the following attributes:
- Able to work independently to meet the needs of the facility and the residents
- Able to work Monday thru Friday during regular business hours (1st shift)
- Compassionate with a desire to serve the geriatric population in a nursing home or assisted living facility.
- Must be licensed in the state of Kentucky as a Licensed Psychologist
a. Due to CMS regulations LPA’s and LPCA’s do not qualify
- Able to provide own transportation to designated facilities to conduct in-person therapy sessions
- Able to utilize an Electronic Medical record to schedule residents and document notes
- Able to meet the following job responsibilities:
a. Perform diagnostic evaluations, interviews and cognitive examinations to nursing home residents
b. Develop individualized treatment goals and recommendations based on resident’s social, emotional, and psychological needs
c. Maintain weekly clinical contact with residents
d. Completion of documentation/progress notes after clinical contact within 24 hours in the EMR and notes delivered to the assigned representative at the facility
e. Maintain working relationship and open communication with facility staff and direct care team

- $5,000 sign-on bonus after six months if criteria of an average of 32 billable hours per week is met
- Flexible work schedule based on the needs of the facility with no on-call coverage or weekend requirements
- Full and Part-time assignments/caseload available
- We complete all Authorizations & Billing
- We offer above Industry-Standard Pay: $70 per clinical hour
- Bi-weekly Pay Schedule by direct deposit
