Job Summary

The Network Recognition Manager is responsible for managing recognition programs that motivate and reward associates for achievements, milestones, and their success in building their business the right way. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to lead and motivate others.

Responsibilities

Scope of the Role

This role will collaborate closely with various departments, particularly marketing and communications, to create impactful messaging and materials. The expertise in stakeholder management will be crucial as you work to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and industry influencers. Through effective event planning and coordination, this position will provide platforms for the network to shine, organizing conferences, seminars, and participating in industry events.

This position will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recognition strategy, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Regular analysis of recognition metrics will guide your efforts in refining strategies to maximize impact. The communication skills will be essential in crafting clear and consistent messaging that communicates the network's mission, accomplishments, and overall impact.

The Network Recognition Manager will be a key player in promoting collaboration with partner organizations, identifying opportunities for joint recognition initiatives, and coordinating cross-promotional activities. This position will possess a strong educational background, relevant experience in stakeholder management or public relations, excellent interpersonal and strategic planning skills, and familiarity with the specific industry or field in which the network operates.

Performance Outcomes

Stakeholder Management

  • Implement and manage recognition programs, incorporating prioritization, placement, and frequency of recognition communications and collateral.  
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the recognition programs using the determined metrics to propose future enhancements and projects.  
  • Ensure branding, design and usage standards are followed for all recognition programs and collateral to ensure consistent, appropriate, and effective use by all associates.  
  • Work closely with Marketing, Network division leadership and support teams to create, design, and deliver recognition project deliverables. 
  • Oversee outbound communications and social media strategy in relation to recognition programs, recognition trips, awards, and qualifiers.  
  • Manage recognition collateral and marketing deliverables in support of our annual conventions.  

Recognition and Strategy Development

  • Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with diverse teams. 
  • Positive, professional attitude and team player. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • High level of organization and attention to detail. 
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline driving environment. 
  • Strong project management skills.

  • Ability to travel as needed. 

Education, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required 
  • 3-5 years’ LegalShield experience preferred. 
  • 5  years' experience in customer service, communications, or marketing required. 
  • Strong understanding of LegalShield associate recognition programs and incentives a plus. 
  • Knowledge of the System I preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.  
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.  
  • Experience with social media marketing preferred.
