St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center is actively recruiting a Hem/Onc Physician Assistant to join our well-established TEAM. As a 145-bed general acute care hospital, we are the largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. Located at the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater rivers, Lewiston is the most inland seaport on the West Coast and a regional hub for healthcare and commerce. Just 100 miles south of Spokane, the area offers a mild climate, scenic beauty, and year-round outdoor recreation—including hiking, fishing, and cycling on miles of riverside trails. About the position:
- Clinic Hours: 8–5 Monday—Friday
- General Schedule: 36 patient contact and 4 hours admin
- Call: no ER call required
- Average # of patients seen per day: 15–20
- Department: Currently 3 MDs, 2 APPS. Nurses, front desk, MA's
- Seattle Cancer Care Alliance affiliate
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assitant Program
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of ID and DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Experience preferred; will consider new graduates
