Position Summary:
The Otolaryngologist will diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of ENT conditions in both adults and children
- Perform outpatient procedures and surgeries as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with audiologists, allergists, primary care providers, and other specialists to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Provide consultative support for inpatient services when needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
- Current and unrestricted medical license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
