Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Leverage web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
- Implement IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.
- Design and customize the user interface in ServiceNow.
- Provide ongoing support to the development teams and conducts peer reviews of all code before it is released to production.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. ServiceNow certifications preferred.
- 3 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience with coordinating the integration of various application components, such as ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces.
- Experience leading investigations into production issues, including defects and enhancements, and executing technical tickets within sprints.
- Have an understanding of database concepts, including SQL and relational database management systems.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
