Location: Los Angeles (on-site)

The ideal candidate will be very familiar with PragerU’s content and platforms, able to create new graphics for email, web, app, ads and other marketing uses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Hands-on Design
- Prepare conceptual and publish-ready content for email, web, app, ads, social media, and email as needed.
- Design for editorial and print is a plus.
- Experience designing for email is preferred.
- Work at a fast pace and be able to work well individually and as part of a team.
Research and Conceptualizing
- Monitor design work and research new/successful design trends for opportunities to improve PragerU content
- Assist in creating user-friendly templates for, and brainstorming new formats with, non-design staff.
- Receive, digest, and adjust based on performance feedback
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
- Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Figma, Canva - required
- Iterable, Mailchimp, or similar email platforms - preferred
- Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines
- Ability to apply cohesive campaign level designs across multiple placements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Manage time effectively, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $62,000 - $72,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package. The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for final hiring package.
