Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, including kitchens and dining rooms.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines during food handling and storage.
- Participate in training sessions related to food safety, sanitation practices, and meal preparation techniques.

- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge preferred but not required in food service operations, including meal portioning and food handling techniques.
