ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Guest Service: Provide exemplary, personalized service to members and guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and enjoyment throughout their dining experience. Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly and courteously.
- Menu Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the dining menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, wine pairings, and house cocktails. Assist members and guests in making informed menu choices and provide recommendations as needed.
- Table Preparation: Set and maintain elegant table settings, ensuring they meet the standards for cleanliness and presentation. Ensure tables are appropriately arranged for the number of guests in the party.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other waitstaff members to ensure smooth and timely service. Communicate member feedback and special requests to the relevant teams.
