Qualifications
SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
- Responsible for the installation and removal of slot machines.
- Responsible for the repair and maintenance of slot machines and components in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.
- This requires the ability to do electronic board repair.
- Ensure the machines are functioning properly, lighting, bill and ticket acceptance.
- A variety of variance checks will be completed as instructed by Accounting or the Gaming Department.
- Assist the MIS Department and Accounting Department with the upkeep and maintenance of the online slot accounting system.
- Be TIPS certified and practice this knowledge on a daily basis.
- Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately.
- Other duties as assigned.
PREREQUISITES
General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Key Gaming license. Math test required.
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required. Electronic background preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Experience: One year’s experience as an electronic technician preferred, minimum one year slot machine operations preferred.
Physical: Requires standing, walking for long periods up to 4 hours at a time; must be able to lift 45 pounds occasionally; cannot be colorblind, finger and manual dexterity, grasping, bending, kneeling, reaching, repetitive motions, hand-eye coordination.
