Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School degree required; post high school secretary training preferred
- Minimum Experience: Three years insurance/billing experience preferred
- Must have good organizational skills required
- Must have basic accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Must be able to read, write and have good spelling skills required
- Must be able to prioritize work load required
- Must be detail oriented required
- Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions preferred
- Experience managing numerous responsibilities preferred
- Must be able to sit at a desk for a minimum of two hours at a time required
- Must be able to get around campus with ease
- Must be proficient at basic keyboarding/word-processing skills
- Must be able to pass both a Kansas Bureau of Investigation Screen and Central Registry Screen
- Must have prior data entry experience required
