What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Case Manager - McPherson Youth & Family Services position at Prairie View?
Prairie View is looking to grow and expand our team in McPherson! We are hiring for Community Case Managers to work with children & their families in our community that are experiencing mental illness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services related field required; or other approved work/personal experience accepted.
Minimum Experience: Previous case management experience preferred. But willing to train the right person!
- must be comfortable working with & setting boundaries with children between the ages of 2-18.
- must have the ability to prioritize work and be independent.
- solid foundation of computers is required.
- requires flexibility with schedule, as some days can vary based on the needs of the patients and organization.
- must have valid driver’s license and be insurable through Prairie View insurance company.
- must be able to pass extensive background checks.
The right candidate will be patient, organized, and have the motivation to provide caring and competent community based services in the community, school, and in a patient's home. This is a full-time (40 hours) position that is eligible for health benefits, PTO accrual, Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), etc.

Salary : $36,200 - $45,800
