Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who would like the opportunity to join our thriving and provider-driven, outpatient practice, partnering with a collegial and supportive team. You will have autonomy in how you schedule and treat your patients, but the doctors are always available to help or offer a second opinion.

 

Our ideal candidate will have Primary Care/ Family Medicine experience and a passion for providing exceptional and individualized patient care. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, discussing patient symptoms and concerns and performing thorough examinations to diagnose their medical problem and prescribe medication or create a treatment plan if necessary. When required, you will collaborate with our physicians to treat for more advanced illnesses or injuries. We emphasize preventative care as well as managing chronic medical problems. We are looking for a NP who is comfortable with a wide range of patients from small children to geriatrics.

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Current NP or PA license
  • Preferred 2 years of experience as NP/ PA
  • Able to operate as part of a team, alongside physicians and other nurses

General Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
