Renovation Specialist

We are a real estate company that does renovations as well as property management. We are looking for a renovation specialist who will perform renovations, with or without subordinates assisting based on circumstances. The renovation specialist will also serve as a maintenance tech when needed, primarily taking higher skilled service calls. We are a small company where all employees need to be willing to help in any way needed, so other things can come up, but the position is predominately focused on first renovations and second higher skill service calls.

We are looking for someone who can work 4 x 10 hour days per week. Renovations may be distant from Great Falls. In these cases, a vehicle will be provided or mileage reimbursed, and travel will be on the clock. However, it will be expected you stay overnight in employer provided lodging for up to three nights a week (these nights would be consecutive), with a $40/night stipend for food and other expenses related to being away for a night. You could travel home each night and keep the $40, but you would be responsible for this travel time and expense.

We are offering a starting pay of $25/hour with the potential for benefits (healthcare, 401k, salary structure with vacation time), after a significant period of good performance.

We are looking for someone who has a skill set consistent with a general contractor. Please provide a complete and detailed description of your experience along these lines, and if you can provide photos of finished work that would be even better (although this is not required as many will not have access to such photos).

Tools and vehicles are provided.

While this position is based in Great Falls, we could base it in Conrad or Shelby for the right applicant.
