Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team and provide a nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and creating engaging experiences for preschool-aged children.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based activities
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their learning needs
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
Requirements
- 12 ECE COLLEGE UNITS, MUST HAVE INFANT/TODDLER UNITS
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
