Precision ABA, LLC is a small, BCBA-owned and operated company that prides itself on its team-oriented and inclusive culture. Located in Naperville, IL, we operate both in our learning center and in the homes of families in the surrounding area. Our mission is to provide exceptional ABA therapy with a focus on empowering our clients to become agile and generative learners. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing evidence-based ABA interventions and tutoring in both our learning center and client homes
• Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians, fostering ongoing professional development
• Empowering and supporting parents and caregivers through parent coaching
• Conducting assessments, creating behavior analytic programming, and consulting with other professionals to support client success.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in good standing.
• A commitment to authentic connection, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
• Client-centered, compassionate clinicians who prioritize client autonomy
• Strong individual capabilities coupled with a proven track record as an effective team player.
• Fluent in or eager to learn the Standard Celeration Chart, Precision Teaching methodologies, trauma-informed practices, and Instructional Design.
