Location Profile:

Located in Gardena California, Permaswage designs and manufactures separable and permanent fluid fittings and installation tooling for aerospace and defense applications.

Position Summary:

The Program Manager will help manage customer relationships, including tracking/pushing critical parts, making part commitments, and helping with improvement on on time delivery.

The Program Manager will report to the Supply Chain Director. In their role, this individual will primarily be responsible for managing critical customer orders/requests that are past due. They will build milestone plans for these part numbers, track the parts to make sure the achieve these milestones, and communicate both the plan and status of these parts. In addition to managing these critical parts and the customer relationship, this role will assist in building a delinquency burndown plan and tracking delinquencies on a daily/weekly basis. Once we have successfully brought delinquency down, this role will assist in maintaining our on-time status and assisting in tracking orders that we accept expedites on.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interface and build relationships with key decision makers and customers
• Act as a liaison and point of contact for assigned customers
• Build line of balances for critical parts
• Assist with critical parts through operational steps
• Work with supply chain to mitigate with delinquent orders
• Provide open and clear communication between assigned customers and theExactaTeam internally. This communication is to be aimed at identifying obstacles to success anddeveloping a plan to address those issues. Communication should also include all parties (internal/external) are aware of these successes/obstacles.
• Provide customer status on existing and first lot parts in format.
• Be responsible for commitments given by theExactaAerospaceteam on any deliveries that are delinquent, being expedited or that are new programs.
• Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner to all levels of staff
• Provide customer support to mitigate risks, communicate progress, and ensure that customer needs are met

Required Skills:

Advanced knowledge of the aerospace industry

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with a primary focus on MS Excel
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, colleagues, and customers
• Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
• Proactive communicator who can clearly articulate results and needs across all levels
• Ability to manage projects with competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail

Required Experience:

• 3 years experience

Level of Education:

• Bachelor'sDegree
• MBA is highlydesirable
