Level Two : Working under minimal supervision, level two operators demonstrate the ability to operate manual, CNC, or automatic grinding machines as required, including performing basic setups and employing more advanced inspection techniques, including measuring surface finish, head angles and using optical comparators. 1-3 Years

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

• Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
• In Process Inspection (Visual & Functional, Recording)
• Perform basic machine setups
• Production Paperwork / Operation Audit

Required Skills :

• The ability to read and write English.
• Basic Print Reading
• Basic Shop Math l
• Understanding of Machine Function (Setups)

Experience & Education

• Typically 1-3 Years
• GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $21.00 to $31.50 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors.

For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter.
