Lead Financial Forecasting and Budgeting : Take ownership of the company's annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models. Work closely with business units to ensure accurate and realistic financial plans.
Strategic Financial Analysis : Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions, including investments, new initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities.
Financial Reporting and Variance Analysis : Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. analyze financial performance against forecasts and budgets, identify key drivers of variances, and communicate findings to senior leadership.
Scenario Planning and Sensitivity Analysis : Develop financial models and conduct scenario planning to assess the impact of different business strategies, economic conditions, and operational changes.
KPI Monitoring and Dashboard Development : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business health. Create and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights to management.
Collaboration with Senior Leadership : Serve as a financial partner to senior executives, providing financial recommendations and acting as a trusted advisor for key strategic initiatives.
Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement within the FP&A function. Implement best practices and automation tools to increase the efficiency and accuracy of forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
Ad-Hoc Analysis : Lead and manage ad-hoc financial projects, including M&A analysis, capital expenditure evaluation, and profitability analysis of new business ventures.
