Precision Imaging Centers is Growing – Join Our Team as a Front Desk - Guest Ambassador!

Precision Imaging Centers is expanding in northeast Florida, and we’re hiring a Front Desk - Guest Ambassador for our St. Augustine location. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed. We also have a PRN (as-needed) position available, which may include weekend shifts. We provide a supportive environment with ample opportunities for career growth.

Position Overview:

As a Guest Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering life-changing patient experiences.

You will also collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services, hold information sessions, and engage with patients through email campaigns and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have the ability to simplify and communicate healthcare information to non-medical patients in our community.

Essential Job Functions:

• Answer patient questions and provide information on procedures and wait times (35%)
• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting patients and providing exceptional service (35%)
• Direct guests to destinations and manage patient registration flows (10%)
• Promote and educate patients about services offered (5%)
• Stock refreshments, offer beverages, and encourage satisfied patients to post reviews (5%)
• Maintain clean waiting areas and perform general cleaning duties (10%)

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Attend marketing team meetings to stay updated on new initiatives
• Compile and maintain reports as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Work Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in a radiology or imaging center environment.
• Other Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for a non-medical audience.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and sitting for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift items over 25 lbs.
