What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Representative position at Precision Lending?
$60,000 bonus
Responsibilities:- Follow the outlined Daily Success Plan which includes calls and handwritten notes to database, realtors, and referral sources
- Ensure all teams have access to current information on the client database by continuously updating
- Manage social content for the company and post to Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels to generate engagement and attract more business
- Conduct calls to real estate agents from a list according to production with a goal of 13 live connections per day and 40 calls per week
- Routinely meet with bankers, agents, and professionals through lunch and happy hour meetups with a goal of 10-12 face-to-face meetings per week
- Must be currently licensed with an NMLS license or National Association of Mortgage Broker licensure or willing to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment
- Reliable transportation is required in order to attend client meetings
- Experience of 1 year at least in sales as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or in a similar role
- Understanding of the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
- Demonstrated strength in the areas of time management, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
