As the business development representative for our rapidly expanding company, you will cultivate positive relationships with potential clients while following up on qualified leads, and converting those leads into lifelong customers. Ideally, you will be a currently licensed professional or can attain licensure within your first 90 days. As a dealmaker who loves working in the field and meeting new people, this position could have the potential to maximize earnings in a booming industry. $60,000 bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Follow the outlined Daily Success Plan which includes calls and handwritten notes to database, realtors, and referral sources
  • Ensure all teams have access to current information on the client database by continuously updating
  • Manage social content for the company and post to Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels to generate engagement and attract more business
  • Conduct calls to real estate agents from a list according to production with a goal of 13 live connections per day and 40 calls per week
  • Routinely meet with bankers, agents, and professionals through lunch and happy hour meetups with a goal of 10-12 face-to-face meetings per week
Qualifications:
  • Must be currently licensed with an NMLS license or National Association of Mortgage Broker licensure or willing to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment
  • Reliable transportation is required in order to attend client meetings
  • Experience of 1 year at least in sales as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or in a similar role
  • Understanding of the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
  • Demonstrated strength in the areas of time management, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
