Job Title: RN – Medical Surgical/TelemetryRate: Up to $2425.00 weeklyLocation: Concord, MANight Shift (12H)Qualifications & RequirementsEducationGraduate from an accredited school of nursing.ExperiencePrefer a minimum of two (2) years clinic experienceTravel experience requiredLicenses/CertificationsHave and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.AHA ACLS & BLS RequiredTelemetry experience requiredMeditech experience requiredKey ResponsibilitiesAssessing and monitoring patient health conditions.Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Creating and implementing individualized patient care plans.Collaborating with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care.Educating patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.Assist with diagnostic tests, provide pre- and post-operative care, and monitor vital signs.Nights, 7p-7a, 3x12s, telemetry experience preferred, every other weekend, every other holiday.Floating possible to similar unitsTele test given on first day of orientation
