We are seeking a Locator to join our team and help ensure the accurate and safe marking of underground utilities. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. We provide all job and safety training needed to perform job duties! Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, professional, customer-focused, and interested in learning more about utility locating. The starting pay for this position is $18/hour!
What you bring:
- A positive, customer-focused attitude; in-person customer service experience preferred
- A basic understanding of electronics and good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies; Basic knowledge of gps navigation, map reading, and locating tools
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work independently, good organizational and time management skills
- Clear background and driving record
- Willingness to work indoors (in customers' homes and businesses) and outdoors
