Marketing & Communications Specialist
As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our brand and communication strategy across our 15 locations. You will collaborate with the leadership team to drive company-wide initiatives and ensure consistent branding.
Every day as a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will...
- Oversee the administrative and marketing areas of the organization
- Develop, prepare, and maintain presentation documents for customer and leadership-level presentations
- Collaborate in projects involving other departments to support company-wide initiatives
- Support company wide internal and external communication efforts
- Oversee the development and implementation of social media strategies and other branding opportunities for the company
- Coordinate off-site meeting including venue communication, travel, lodging, and activities
- Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team as needed
To thrive in this role, you must...
- Be passionate about process improvement
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization of work
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have prior marketing or graphic design experience with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; prior leadership experience is preferred
- Have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products. Experience using professional video software including Adobe Premiere and Photoshop is a plus
