Position Overview
Precision Work Inc. is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow our dealer network across New York State and Connecticut. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys face-to-face selling, and values long-term partnerships.
The role will operate out of the Poughkeepsie, NY area, though candidates may live anywhere within reasonable proximity to effectively serve the territory.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow assigned dealer accounts throughou
t NY & CT• Develop new dealer relationships and expand market presence
• Conduct regular in-person dealer visits, product demos, and ride-alongs
• Execute sales programs, promotions, and distributor initiatives
• Support dealers with training, inventory planning, and sales strategy
• Identify growth opportunities and help improve dealer performance
• Maintain accurate territory planning, reporting, and sales activity
• Represent PWI at dealer events, open houses, and industry shows
Qualifications
• Proven experience in territory or outside sales (B2B p
referred)• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across NY & CT and beyond when applicable.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Equipment, OPE, ag, construction, or industry knowledge a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Travel Requirement
This role requires frequent and regular travel, including overnight stays, throughout New York State, Connecticut and beyond to support industry trade shows, manufacturer trainings etc.
