What You’ll Do 

As a key member of the Technology team, you will play a crucial role in providing daily IT support to various employees and projects. As a Junior IT Support Technician, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Provisioning of new Office 365 users including email account set up, group administration, and attaching new computers to the company domain. 
• Providing support to on-site users via phone and remote desktop sessions to troubleshoot general issues, as well as in person support to resolve any issues that cannot be managed remotely. 
• Provisioning, managing, and supporting company hardware devices including cell phones, scanners, computers, and tablets. 
• Working directly with hardware and communication vendors to order new equipment and lines, as well as manage and track repairs. 
• Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors to support operational needs. 
• To have the ability to conduct training meetings

Candidate Requirements 

We are seeking a professional and adaptable Junior IT Support Technician with prior experience in a front-line support role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with users at all levels and independently manage their workload. 

• Training will be provided on daily responsibilities, but candidates are expected to independently troubleshoot and resolve general IT issues. 
• A consistently professional attitude and demeanor are essential. 
• Proficiency with Office 365 administration, including user and group management, email setup, and Exchange. 
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory. 
• Strong adaptability and professionalism to support a diverse range of employees and address issues as they arise. 
• Must hold a current, valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record. 
• Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background check. 

Physical Demands of the Job 

• Frequently carry, lift, move, push, and/or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. 
• Work is performed primarily in a seated position with minimal stooping, standing, climbing, or walking involved.  
• The work environment features low to moderate noise levels typical of standard office equipment.  
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, work instructions, manuals, and policies.  
• Clear vision and physical agility are necessary to perform job duties.  
• Operate vehicles or mobile equipment as required. 
• Travel Requirements: Daily travel for onsite visits, customer locations, or other business-related purposes is required. 

Additional Information 

• This position requires the employee to be onsite full-time. 
• Applicants must be available to work full-time, with the flexibility to work overtime as needed. 
• This position is primarily a day shift position based out of our corporate location, but modified working hours may be required to meet business needs. 
• As an employee, you will be responsible for retaining a valid driver's license, free from any drug or alcohol-related driving convictions or reckless driving and always remain “insurable” while operating company owned or controlled vehicles.
