What you will get to do:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Commercialization, Vice President to lead and elevate our commercial organization. As CCO, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial functions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. This role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the life sciences industry, a proven track record in commercial leadership, and exceptional skills in team building and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive global commercial strategy that aligns with Predicine’s vision and growth objectives. Drive the company’s commercial direction and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Cross Functional Development: Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Marketing Oversight: Direct the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support product positioning. Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels.
  • Product Strategy: Drive collaboration between product management and development teams to inform product roadmaps and launches. Develop and implement pricing strategies and competitive positioning to maximize market penetration and profitability.
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance customer experience by ensuring exceptional support and service. Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and adapt commercial approaches as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership and other departments to drive cross-functional alignment and support company-wide initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing strategy, building strong cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on market segmentation, strategy development, contract negotiations and compliance.
  • Experience in start-ups, demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to scale.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex commercial environments.
  • Extensive experience with product management, pricing strategies, reimbursement and competitive positioning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
