What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN 7a-7p position at Preferred Care MI?
llegra Nursing and Rehab is building a team of full and part time nurses – RN’s to be an integral partner in providing the best possible care for our residents.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Provide care to residents by performing a variety of treatments.
· Perform personal resident care duties.
· Administer medications to residents as prescribed by the physician.
· Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, making assignments and enforcing facility policies.
· Assisting in training new personnel.
· Accurately recording resident behaviors in clinical records.
· Other duties as assigned.
Our candidates will possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff.
